Immediately, I dashed towards the dog, grabbed it and moved off the road in the nick of time. After saving the dog, I left it on the pavement and told him to stay there. As I continued my journey home, I accidentally dropped my wallet and the dog ran after me and barked to get my attention. I turned and looked at him and saw my wallet. I thanked the dog for it. On the next day, on my way to school, I saw a notice saying that an owner was looking for a missing dog and offering a reward of $1,000. I decided to return the dog to the owner after school in the afternoon. When I returned the dog to the owner, he took out $1,000 in cash and told me to keep it. I told the owner that I would not take the reward. To me, doing a good deed does not need a reward.
